Perfect to use with offshore drops

I like the bead for its overall size. But potential buyers should know the hole is also larger. Rubber stoppers are useless on this. If you want it to sit on a knot, you may want to buy the smaller size, but it's good if you're using a sinker slide and want your swivel to absorb any shock rather than your knot

Some have lost color after a few uses but they still hold up

Just what I was looking for

I couldn't figure out why my brother-in-law kept blowing the guide inserts out of his saltwater spinning rods, so I observed him on a recent fishing trip. It didn't take long. Time after time, he reeled his line up too far before casting, reeling his swivel up into his his guides. As soon as he cast, he blew out another insert. I told him what he was doing wrong, but he went right back to his old habits as soon as I walked away. Now I have him adding a bead before his swivel, solving the problem once and for all.

These are very handy in general and there are many uses for them. We took a bunch of family and friends fishing last year. Many of them were new to fishing and would get excited and pull the terminal tackle through the eyelets of my rods. In two cases this broke the inner ring of the eyelet and we lost a ton of lures due to cutting braid. Long story short we're putting these on all of our lines to stop the spools going trough our eyelets.
