Great stand up rod for the money
May 25, 2018
Wasn't looking to spend a ton of money for a custom rod so I decided to go with the 50-100 class seastriker billfisher for a stand up boat rod to catch sharks and grouper on when I go on trips to Florida with the family. when I received the rod the packaging was great very solid tube it came in and it was also bubble wrapped very protected I have not had this rod out yet but so far fit and finish of all components are spot on very nice reel seat and removable butt section as well, will write another review once I get some time with the rod offshore next month.
Pros
  • Very stiff action and great looking rod
Cons
  • Not solid glass
