Good cast, acceptable action, but utterly disappointed with the poor side stickers design, these stickers don't last at all and will come off. Make sure you glue them properly before using this lure.

On a recent trip to OB in NC i love to use the Gotcha lures off the Piers. This was a perfect compliment when bunker was jumping. Used this and Caught several blues in the surfline and beyond.

Really cool action on this lure and it comes in about $2 less than the Hogy equivalent. Nice sturdy hook included as well.

how is the action on these in the surf, on the retrieve. I see the lip but am curious if anyone has used these? And they look like good casting lures as well. Can you confirm?

Yes they cast great and the lip gives the lure a erratic swimming action when pulling up on the rod.
