Would this be suitable for making "Cuda" style tube lurers or is it too small in diameter?

This tubing is slightly thinner than traditional Cuda Tube style tubing but not by a significant amount. I don't see why this couldn't be used to rig your own tubes

This is going to be a too thick for mackerel trees, more for replacing on your diamond jigs and such.
