Can the rod runner express hold three 10 foot spinning surf rods?

Full Rod-Runner Express assembly includes 2 closed (Spin/Fly) rod holders with bungee cords, 1 open (Conv.) rod holder with bungee cords but you should be able to fit a spinning rod in that conventional rod slot it just may not sit as nicely as the 2 closed rod slots.
