River2Sea Double Plopper Buzzbait Lure - I Know It, was an impulsive decision based on how much I enjoy using the original. I got a chance to use it last weekend on Lake Fork in Texas, caught a nice largemouth bass on it.

  • Not the same build quality as the original whopper plopper

I bought on of these and I’m not a fan. I like the traditional style buzz bait better. The props don’t seem to want to spin the keep catching and there isn’t any moss or junk stopping them from spinning

Well I have a good and bad review.
I've pretty much only cath big bass of these lure Thats the good

The bad...
Cost is way out of value
I've had 9 of these baits either replaced by store or river2sea because they broke the 1st time using them.
The blade arms break all the time, the blades stop spinning with the tiniest bit of weed and 6-% of the time they ride upside down.

Now if you got $$$ to burn and like big bass then this is one bait you need

Floats but seem like a gimic

I bought this and used it a few times in ponds filled with weeds in order to not come in contact with the sea weed. I've yet to catch a fish with it but it does float on the surface so weed contact is minimal. This is a very quite buzz bait compared to all the others I have. My opion may change if I finally get a fish on it.
