The Rapala SXRT12 X-Rap Twitchin Minnow Lure is made to be able to execute a slow sinking subsurface walk-the-dog swimming action. This lure combines Xtreme flash and the X-rap action to trigger attack instinct in fish. This lure features a slow sinking action that allows for a glide and drop technique. This technique gets this minnow lure right where the big fish love to hunt.

Very similar to other lipless rapalas
March 25, 2020
Another great lipless bait from rapala that works very similarly to other two. The only difference between this lure and those is a slight variation in the profile of the bait. This bait is in between the other two when it comes to height and width which remind me of bait similar to mullet. Again a great bait from rapala for all kinds of inshore species because of the action it has when works properly.
Pros
  • Action
  • inline hooks
  • profile
Cons
  • Very similar to the other rapala lipless baits which makes it hard to chose

Sleek natural profile
May 27, 2018
Love the natural sleek profile. Love the color as it combines the old school of white w/ the newer attraction of bone all in one. Snook, tarpon, trout, and other usual scrappers.
Pros
  • Color is very effective. Single hooks are easy to remove from any fish but thrashing jacks and ladyfish that make you pay less attention to can get you hurt with trebles.
Cons
  • $$$ tag

Sleek natural profile
May 27, 2018
It is a great natural bait that fools a number of saltwater inshore and nearshore species. I especially like this color for a natural presentation in clearer water and it works in all lighting conditions from sunshine to overcast.
Pros
  • Easy to work. Love the glide. Huge fan of the single hooks; I don't have to replace trebles myself for once!!!
Cons
  • Hate to lose one in a tree at this price!!
