Great all around boat knife

Having never used a ceramic-bladed knife before, I was somewhat skeptical -- but it took no time before I was sold. Their two best features are sharpness and zero corrosion. On my offshore boat those are all important assets. I understand that they are fairly brittle, so I bought three more just to have in various drawers on the boat and at home.
