Surprisingly Awesome

Bought this on a whim for the wife who insists on filleting and cleaning all the fish. I was really skeptical about this contraption thinking it would be as useful as the old electric turkey carvers from back when I was a kid. After I watched her clean the first fish my mind was changed rather quickly. It was amazing how fast this thing flew through the fish and how close the fillets were. This makes cleaning fish faster and easier and I think we all can go for that!

Current one is going on 5 years without a single problem. Blades keep an edge longer than any other I've owned. Forward handle makes it easy to use.
