I have bought 2 of these. They work well and are great for someone looking to get into the sport. I even rigged it with braid for a while and it worked.

This product was recommended to me by a friend. When i ordered, I received my package very promptly and customer service was extremely nice when i called back to say i only received one. They found that it was a simple error on my end and without hesitation sent me the 2nd rod and reel combo immediately without any hassell what so ever.

The Quantum Optix Spinning Combo is the perfect entry level combo for fishing inshore saltwater. I bought these at a BOGO deal and gifted them to friends that are just getting into inshore saltwater fishing. They are simple and easy to maintain, yet offer smoothness that is normally found in higher end combos. Quantum is a solid choice for the angler that wants a quality combo, but doesn't want to spend an arm and a leg!

It is the expanded pictures, the foam grip... The lure ounce rating is 1/8 to 1/2 oz and 6-14lb test mono.
