i orginally bought the Shimano Hollow Ace Splicing kit and did not need to purchase the entire kit again. Tackle Direct was the only place I could find where they were selling the PowerPro PowerFloss by itself and a very reasonable price. I have tied my own wind on leaders and served with this floss. It works great and does not slip. I caught my first BFT on a flatfall connected to the Wind on leader I tied and served with the Powerfloss.

I’ve bought a needle kit for making wind on leaders. I made so many that I used this stuff up. It’s perfect for finishing the mono to hollow portion of the knot.
