Excellent braid for saltwater offshore fishing. Decided to load my reel with 300yds and use a shorter topshot to allow frequent line weight changes to save costs.

Been using PowerPro for 6+ years. Switched a few times from Spyderwire, suffex and sunline. I always go back to PowerPro.

Cast great on my Daiwa spinning reel. Using 40lb fluorocarbon 4ft leader and catching 10lb to 40lb bluefin tuna. Using with sardine for live bait and throwing 2oz to 5oz. jigs.

Outstanding performance fishing line.
Pros
- I began using braid several years ago with a goal of having greater line capacity. My initial thoughts were to match mono to braid diameters, 12 mono to 30 braid etc. Now I have found that the capacity was not as important as strength. Quality modern reels are capable of greater drag pressure, durability and performance which equals performance fishing lines such as Spectra Braid. I now spool twice the strength as I would have with Mono, still gaining the capacity while doubling the line strength and durability. Not only revising my initial thought of the fine line, tying quality strength knots is easier with the large sized braid form 30lb to 65lb .
