Does this contain everything seen in the picture (stainless steel housing, lens, and light bulb)?

Perko 0946DP099A (PRK-0023) contains only the spare lens and gasket for replacement. If you are looking for the complete vertical mount stern light (excluding blub), then Perko 0946DP112V (PRK-0024) is what you want. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
