What are the mono and braid ratings for the 12 heavy rod?

I have the older carnage2 10" (spinning) 2-5oz model...what are the differences with the new model in same size? how much does the new rod weigh? are they still 50-50 split?

According to Penn, The Penn CARSFIII2040S10 Carnage III Spinning Surf Rod features a sligthly different rod taper due to the blank design, contains a Fuji DPS reel seat, has Fuji K-Series tangle-free guides with SIC inserts, weighs 16.2oz, and is similar to a 50/50 split but not classified as a exact 50/50 split due to one end being about 2 inches longer than the other. The Penn Carnage II Surf Rods feature a basic Fuji reel seat, have Fuji K guides with alconite inserts and the 10ft MH model weighs 16.3oz.
