What's really to be said for Owner hooks that hasn't already? They're always great quality and these are no different.
I do recommend putting a little better point on these hooks with a proper file in sizes 8/0 and bigger.

If the fish even look at this hook they get stuck. This hook is very sharp. no need to sharpen your hooks any more. Super strong and short shank. I use these hooks a lot for tying tarpon flies. they stick fish well and hold on. have yet to bend one out either.

I use these hooks to tie flies for my rockfish rigs. I use larger hooks to weed out the little ones. They work great!

I don't lose fish to inferior products these are the best and sharpest hooks out there. Owner is my go to hook on fresh or saltwater. They haven't let me down through miss hook sets or straighten hooks. Some might think they are pricey but you'll have them for a long time.
