Hi,

I have 3 questions, did this neoprene case works for Van Staal VR? What size did you recommend for the 175 VR?

If this case doesnt work for my reel, what neoprene spinning reel case did yo recommend?

Hi Marco, The Orvis Reel Case is specifically designed and intended for Orvis Fly reels or any kind of fly reel and will not be compatible with your Van Staal VR 175. I would recommend a TackleDirect TD-SRC-L Custom Spinning Neoprene Reel Cover. https://www.tackledirect.com/tackledirect-td-src-l-custom-spinning-neoprene-reel-cover-large.html This will fit your Van Staal VR 175 with no issues.
