Fit the rods better than originals.

My rods kept falling out of my circular rod rack when I rotated it to get to a rod. The clips had a pretty wide opening and they got wider with time. These fit much better from the start. So far so good.
The originals were stapled in and these have screws. I had to drill small pilot holes into the Oak for the screws. The only knock I had on these is that the screws strip practically by looking at them. I went to Ace Hardware and got better ones. This may be because I was putting them into oak.
Overall, it was worth the effort.

Pros
- These hold the rods (Especially the skinnier ones) much better than the originals that came on my rod rack.
Cons
- The screws leave much to be desired. Also they are too long in my humble opinion.

The LRC 008 measurements are 3/4 inch inside and 1 1/4 inch outside diameter. The XXL 008 measurements are 1 3/8 inches inside and 1 7/8 inches outside diameter. Thank you for considering TackleDirect for your fishing needs.
