The rod rack is worth what it costs. When it arrived, the shipping box was damaged (partially torn open) on one end. One of the wheels was broken and two of the set screws were missing. I think they fell out through the hole in the box. I contacted the company and Blake "made it right". I received a new set of wheels and screws shortly thereafter. One issue I would point out is the two cylindrical dowels that fit on the sides that secure the lower portion of the rods (handles) werelocated too high and my standard grip bait casting rods could not rest on the foot plate. I corrected that by drilling similar sized holes much lower (below) than their original position and replaced the dowels. Now, all of my rods with reels fit comfortably in the rack. FYI, the rack is advertised to hold 24 "rods" but it would only do so with "rods only" and no reels. I have 12 and they fit perfectly with a little room to spare. The rubber retainer clips are a little "testy" to open easily but they are substantial enough to serve their purpose. I would buy this product again. It suits my current needs very well.
