Fantastic Rod

I was using the 7' MH rod in Chincoteague Bay when I accidentally hooked into what turned out to be a 70-80 lb. Southern Stingray. This rod held tough and got the job done, even if it took almost two hours! Quickly became my favorite rod to use on the bay in my kayak.

I got this rod in 7ft 6 inch medium heavy and it's everything I was hoping for. the eyelets are solid as can be the wraps are clean the finish is perfection. The action is what it's supposed to be, it doesn't seem like it will break if you really bend it. The handle is standard really so no gripes but no outstanding qualities about the handle pretty standard, lastly the color is spot on I bought this to not only have a quality rod but to match my kayak bonafide sr117 in teal and it matches pretty well. Now on to tackle direct man you guys shipped this quick only took like 2 days to get to me
