Roller Guide
August 31, 2016
Line weight for the pole is 50-120lb, but the roller guides are 30-50lbs. Why is this?

Great rod for the money
April 7, 2016
Been using two of these rods for a couple seasons now for sharking and trolling for tuna. Couldn't be happier with the performance at this price. Reel seat and roller guides are top notch and the abalone looks great. This rod made quick work of dozens of sharks this passed season including a 248 lb mako .

Will this rod work well with a Shimano Tekato 800 series reel? I have the reel just need to match it up with a good stand up rod. Thanks
1 Answer
Jason, the rod and reel are excellent together, my only concern is that if you are fishing for large pelagics they reel may be a little out classed.
