How many lb test line should be used on this reel

Hi Joel, The Okuma Magda Line Counter Reel recommends a mono rating of 15-25lbs. We recommend a rating of 40-65lbs for braided fishing line accompanied with backing for the reel. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with!
