Unique to the Hawaiian Custom is the reinforced foregrip that is strengthened with a graphite shim. This causes the grip to not flex along with the rest of the blank, giving you a rigid leverage point for heavy duty fish fighting. All rods from the Hawaiin Custom Series feature top-notch components including Alps-316 stainless guide frames with zirconium inserts for exceptional durability and flawless line management. All models feature an EVA split butt design to reduce weight and improve balance.
