Very good for jigging
May 20, 2015
I like this reel for jigging. So far it has been a champ at bringing up fish to 15 lbs, typically from depths of 40-120 feet on my kayak. The drag works great, the linecounter has not given me any trouble and I live in the rainy, misty state of Washington. We'll see how everything holds up for long term. So far, four stars and I think that's fair. Have taken 33.5 inch lingcod and many smaller, large rockfish and cabezon up to 23 inch, reel still holds up.
Pros
  • Lightweight
  • Good drag

is there a double paddle handle available for the 350 low profile?
1 Answer
There is a double handle available for this model, but it is an after market part and we do not carry it. If you look here: http://www.okumafishing.com/product/view/reels/linecounters/cold-water-low-profile-line-counter#prettyPhoto You can see more information about this reel and its handles. The double paddle would run you around $20.
