What is the weight of the heavy versus the medium in ounces? I don’t want to get a heavy rod if I can buy a medium

The Medium and Medium Heavy are referring to the rod action not the actual weight of the rod.
the Medium rated weighs 4.7oz
the Medium Heavy is 5.4oz
