Defective zippers and stitching

Bag is huge. Can easily fit 8 or more reels in it. Side pockets are nice feature for additional storage. The bag I got came with broken main zipper and a seized side pocket zipper as the stitching of the zipper was done too close to the stitch track and won’t let the zipper move.
I have a ticket in with CS and I’m certain they will make it right as always

Carry all 5 of my reels which are safe in their own compartments and still had room for all of my tackle that I needed. Left my big tacklebox at home and only brought this one. All of the zippers are very smooth and the pockets on the side are very roomy. Very pleased with this bag and it arrived from tackle direct very quickly as well

Holds 3 40 class spinning reels an 2 small conventional bait casters. Bonus, also space for leader material and fishing line spools. Well made and just what I was looking for at a very fair price, I purchased another.
