Haven't got to use yet, looks good

This is a great Popper, but it is way too big for most of the fist I look for in the FL Keys. I would caution everyone to make sure they are looking for a GT style popper before buying these.

caught lots of big yellows with this plug. finish does come off rather easily though.

This popper casts well into the wind and really churns up the water.

Very nice popper, simple to cast, strong.

This popper draws a lot of top water action, but I noticed even before I had a strike the paint was chipping off...oh well...I think the action is more important any way.

Huge cup face and well built for big tuna

Popping is a demanding sport and an angler has to work and try different styles & tactics depending on the location, targeted size and water condition. This a fairly easy popper to work for the price. I like the shape and the smallish profile for 100 gm + weight. Wiring is alright, not boom prof but will work on on medium size fish. However, I am very disappointed with the quality control. Out of the four purchased so far in two orders, three are of different size and weight. The differences is not marginal, but quite substantial, one had some wiring issue that i took up with the maker and now is basically useless after one GT of 17 kg on PE 2-4 tackle. They are advertised to come with Owner ST-66 4X Strong Treble Hooks and Owner #10 Hyperwire Split-Rings, strangely my recent order came with raptor terminals. I like the service of tackle direct, however, please a proper description and quality control form the maker and the seller is my right if I am the customer otherwise its better I buy the same popper from china at USD 6.

I have used this popper on GT's and it work just fine , caught some fine GT's and Red snapper on it in the first trip . beautiful action , beautiful colors , and one more thing though , the white stripes in the Nemo color Glows in the Dark .
