120G crimson tide. Nailed the Lingcod and rockfish......

Just got off the charter out of Ilwaco, Wash. Lots of current/tide. Fished in 85 to 130 ft. Depths. These narrow jigs combined with slow pitch set up out fished clunky boat poles. Me and a couple buddies filled the boat with some nice Lingcod and rockfish using slowpitch technique. Next big thing on west coast!
Pros
- Got to the bottom fast and ya only get a couple of pitches and fish on! I think the glow helped out. With no hooks on bottom snags were rare compared to charter boats gear.
Cons
- I switched the single hook to a pair of Owner Duel Dancing Stinger Guardian 4/0 Medium line length. I'm sure the single hook prob. would have worked.......
