What is the distance between upper vertical arms? What is the distance between lower vertical arms? What is height from bottom of lower vertical to top of upper vertical bar?

We do not have the Stanchion Kit physically here at TackleDirect to measure some of the measurements you requested, but what we can tell you is the distance between the lower vertical arms are 39.25". The height of the lower vertical arms measures 8.5". This Item is available to order.
