Bigger, Stronger - BETTER. These are about a 1/2 size bigger in the bite than VMC hooks. Good quality, but you need to sharpen them like any other hook.

Strong well made hooks and fairly sharp right out of the box.

I bought the 1/0 to replace my vcm trebles. Mustad are a bit bigger then their counterpart but definitely more robust hook, hard to cut and bend.

These are great super strong and sharp hooks. A huge upgrade from most stock hooks.
My only issue was that these 1/0 were a little bigger than the exact make and model 1/0 that I’ve previously purchased. Same make, same manufacturer, same model, but slightly bigger than in the past.
maybe it was a quality control issue at Mustad and they accidentally packaged 2/0 instead of 1/0 or maybe the new 1/0 are slightly bigger than in the past. Either way, still great, but something for y’all to look out for.

Good quality product. Cheaper than stainless but does the same job. Duritin does not seem to like being sharpened
