Diamond Braid incorporates the latest braiding techniques which improve strength at diameter, 3% stretch and bonded color-fastness that prevent flaking or fading. This process produces a round line that ensures greater reel capacity, decreased twist, distance casting and longer fishing life. Diamond Braid's perfect roundness allows tighter spool winding, prevents line from "knifing" through spools and significantly improves knotting performance. Diamond Braid is also a hollow core from 80lb through 200lb - perfect for splicing.

I use this on my spinners for Yellowfin Tuna, works great for chunking with a flourocarbon topshot. No breaks or issues. 5 stars just due to it being a little sticky while I freespool the line off a Penn 10500 Spinfisher.

Great Braid for Bottom Fishing

Great sensitivity and great line overall. I am using the 50# on a release reel and I really like using it for small to medium sized bottom fish including flounder, beeliners, and trigger fish and others. There's no stretch what so ever so the smallest bite can be felt 200' below you.

This line is super strong, smooth and casts far. However, it is very pricey, I personally would not spend this much on braid again just because I respool often, but it's very good line!

Excellent braid. Used to fish the green stuff until I was introduced to Momoi Diamond Braid. Now it is my braid of choice. Also, moving away from mono for top water fishing for pelagics as well, which makes the reels more versatile. Give this braid a try, you'll be glad you did.

Is is really good for trolling stripers with umbrella rigs and tandem Bucktail rigs! I recommend Diamond braid for trolling and Power pro for casting.
