With the motor running and does tge charger continuously charge the trolling motor batteries, or do the trolling batteries have to drop down to a certain voltage for the charger to begin charging?

From my understanding once the Alternator has fully charged the starting batteries it will reroute that power to the trolling motor batteries, Charging the trolling motor batteries until full, then running off the alternator itself
