MegaStrike's Cavitron BuzzBait was designed by 3-time BASSMASTER Classic Qualifier Lee Bailey, Jr. The unique combination of the precision gold anodized Cavitron Prop, the patented "STEALTH" body and oxbow bend allows Cavitron to slowly crawl across the Surface.
The Cavitron blades were designed to capture as much air as possible while rotating on the surface. It is this capturing of air that allows the Cavitron blade to turn quicker (with less friction) at a much slower rate of retrieve. It is this aspect of Cavitron that makes it so unique from others. This is the only buzzbait I'll throw and for good reason. The perforated blade keeps it in the strike zone longer and it just runs so consistently for me.

This is the 4th one I have purchased I mainly fish in rivers for small mouth bass. These buzz baits come up on the surface very quickly. The small mouth bass in my area love to strike them and the fight is on. There is nothing like top water action you get from small mouth bass

I fish for small mouth bass in shallow rivers where the water is always moving. Mega strike buzz baits are on the surface within in a couple cranks of your reel. It does not matter if it is reeled with the current or against the current they are easy to get on top of the water.
So far my largest cach is a 3 pound small mouth bass.

Really love fishing buzz baits, so the Cavitron is an essential lure to own. I love the Red Blade/Chartreuse White Skirt color, as it is a great shad imitator and a real producer around my parts. If you haven't tried a buzz bait you are missing out

Really like this buzzmait. I can retrieve it slowly, or burn it to make a ton of commotion. I love to fish buzz baits under the right conditions, and this has given me a great tool for those awesome topwater strikes

I originally got my first cavatron buzz bait personally from Lee Bailey many years ago I used it on the CT river many times and caught so many bass like never before. I have worn out the skirts from so many fish.I use it now in TN it in rivers.lakes and ponds.and it always catches the fish
