MegaBait Jigs come in a wide variety of colors and sizes, helping anglers match the hatch to local baitfish wherever their next cast may end up. Featuring either a 3X Strong Mustad treble hook or a Mustad Stainless Steel Siwash hook and through wire construction to help ensure a solid hookset after each strike, whether its from a snapper bluefish that thinks its chasing after a peanut bunker, or a blackfin tuna attempting to engulf a live pilchard. These jigs are extremely versatile and will help load up the box with spectacular catches, regardless of whether they are jigged, casted, or even deployed in your trolling spread.

Great jig, but...
February 13, 2022
But the oversized welded rings are terrible. These rings should be replaced with better ones. Mind you, they only come on the 1-1/2oz version, not on the 3/4oz jig. I'm surprised no other reviewer mentioned this.

Great jig for tuna and others
February 9, 2021
This is the jig for tuna (yellow fin & blue fin) when they are feeding frenzy. It is actually very similar to shimano's colt sniper on every aspect. Try to bend the tail a little and it will have much more tail kicking action when retrieving. Use this 1 or 1.5 oz with a 300/400 size bait casting reel with regular speed retrieve and you will catch any fish that is on feeding frenzy!
