Good lenses weak hinges

I've owned Maui Jim sunglasses since the mid-90s and they make great lenses. However their frames and hinges easily break. I have at least six pairs of broken MJ sunglasses. The hinges on these went after about 18 months. I moved on to Costa del Mar sunglasses and never looked back.
Pros
- great lenses, great looking sunglasses
Cons
- They fog up easily on warm and hot days. The hinges are weak and easily break.

I see in your latest catalog that these sunglasses are available in prescription lenses. How would I go about ordering these with my recent perspiration? I am sure there is an added fee for prescriptions. Can I get a quote? Many thanks, Mike Taylor at 703-850-8702.
