Versatile headgear

The bill of the hat folds in the middle which makes it very compact to carry without getting all out of shape. Depending on how much of your face and neck you want to cover, the hat can be worn in different configurations. There are a host of air vents which make it cool to wear in warm weather. All in all a very well designed hat.

The flaps allow a lot of different looks. Really helps protect you from the sun, esp side of face and neck, including ears
Pros
- Fabric tough and stain resistant. Breathable. A lot of options with flaps and snaps.
Cons
- Looks a bit weird when all the flaps are deployed, but who cares really? I'd rather not get skin cancer

The cap works well, the strap does slip a bit.

The cap and cape work well, had an older one from Patagonia. The strap has some slip to it but its not a deal breaker. I consider it my new favorite. The cost is remarkable for the material and workmanship.

I was wanting a hat that was light and covered neck and ears. This hat has nice vents and will fold up in your pocket. It is hard to find a hat that will do it all.
