I put the 7ti elite on my Hobie and it’s the perfect size to see but not in the way of my fishing - the side imaging is a perfect addition to my arsenal.

The transducer is huge and the screws pulled out of the mounting bracket. Now I have to epoxy it or replace it. Lasted 2 years. I'm not the first with this issue.

I bought this last boating season and love it!!!!! I've used it on our small lake and Lake Cumberland KY!!! I just added Vessel View tech to it and can't wait to try it out!!! We are also moving from Indiana to the West Side of Florida in a couple months. I am going to purchase charts as I will need them. I also want add a transducer to it!! My wife wants to know what is in the water before we go swimming in Tampa Bay this summer!!!

I've been using the Elite 7ti for about 2 years now and still developing the way I use it. The side vision and down vision are great, but the sonar is outstanding. I'm more of a crappie fisherman than anything. I have been able pin point large schools of crappie and fish for them confidently. Early getting a limit when I'm previous years had trouble finding them. Especially in late winter/ early spring. Quality product.

Amazing screen, BUT, the user manual is not very helpful. Limited explanation of screen options (for example: Rock Filter - what does it do? Loses depth at 18 mph and that was never mentioned when we bought the unit.

Upgraded from a 7 HDI for the structure/side scan and have been learning how the new Elite functions. It is a bit different as the touch screen seems to fight me a bit but I am learned to work with it. Also the side scan view is a learning curve.

I've been very happy with my Elite Ti 7 Totalscan. I picked this product due largely to the ability to do SideScan as well as control the AutoPilot features of my Motorguide Xi5. The other many reason was a fast, touch screen interface. I couldn't be more happy. The upgrades have vastly improved the unit even. I figured I was going to have to upgrade my Elite Ti unit in order to get some of the new features, but low and behold, Lowrance included them free of charge!

I have had 7ti for about a year now and it has been a great unit for the bow of my boat. I use the HDI transducer on my trolling motor and I am very pleased with the images i get with 2d and structure scan. Only wish I could connect my gen 3 9 to it
