First cast of the baitball popper landed a nice Blackfin just outside a boil. The Tuna around here are feeding on very small bait so I wanted to match the hatch and this did the trick. It gets inhaled everytime it is pitched from the boat...

Bought two of these from Dick's Sporting goods for 5 bucks each. I bought the last two and after going online to buy more of them the price is 15 bucks on the manufacturer site as well as Amazon. Won't be buying at that price in the future . If it weren't for the price I would give it five stars. If you like the lure and you have A Dick's Sportng goods they may have a few at the five buck price. Great bass lure if you like top water action. This lure swim extremely well and the popper is real crisp and load.

This lure really produced well when small baitfish were schooling and the fish were on them.

This is a very good lure for topwater popping for stripers and blues. The price is prohibitive however, as you can find lures that are equally effective for far less jingle than this lure. If you have one of these, hopefully it was a gift and you didn't spend the cash.
