these are nice, the sheath is pretty good as well. the pliers feel good, but needed to be broken in just a bit.

Okay, especially for the price

Not the grippiest, but for the sale price, they are OK. The tip of the pliers is not as precise as other more expensive models. OK for removing fish hooks, but probably would not work for tiny hooks or gripping tinier items.

This is a really useful tool or should I say combo tool. Pliers, wire cutter combined. It comes with a convenient case that can be carried on your belt. I find it really useful when rigging wire or mono leaders - I use the pliers to hold the wire while making my haywire and barrel twists and the side cutters for trimming the ends of mono leader or main line next to a swivel.

Great pliers so far, love the grips and the wire cutter has no problems snipping anything from 80lb flouro down to 20lb braid - with ease. My only complaint would be they don't spring back open when you close them (to grip or cut) and you have to sort of manually pull them open every time you use them.
