The Lew's Mach I SLP is built off of Lew's "Super Low Profile" platform, making it compact and easily palmable without compromising on power or performance. This baitcaster is outfitted with performance features such as high strength precision cut CNC brass gears and Lew's MSB Multi-Setting Brake dual cast control system, which utilizes both magnetic and centrifugal brakes for an ultra fine-tunable casting experience.

I tend to only stick with certain names in reels, like Abu Garcia, and Shimano tried a buddy's Lews mach 1 and never had a issue with it. I've had it now for about 6months actually cought my big bass in the last tournament with it 4.7 lbs drag was strong average 25 to 35 yards a cast.
