everything you need. honestly just buy this rather than trying to buy separate pieces if you're just starting out with kite fishing. smashed some sails in FL with this first time. obviously had to set up everything else but you know what I mean. be careful though. the kit only included 1 needle when it was supposed to include 2 or 3 or whatever. be that as it may, TD, being the awesome s hits they are, they sent me out a couple extra. just something to keep mind of in case you needed to buy before you would be somewhere where you couldn't get a hold of equipment on the fly if you needed to
