Is this reel sufficient for swordfish
1 Answer
It would work but its not ideal. This reel would be more suitable for pulling dredges or deepwater fishing for snapper, tilefish, grouper, etc. For swords we would suggest an LP, Hooker Electric, or Shimano Beastmaster.
