I have been fishing the Salmon River in NY for over 20 years now, always wearing Korkers. Last year my original Korkers finally needed to be replaced. The new design of the CastTrax is a great improvement and by far the best way to be safe on the water.
Pros
  • Easy on and off.
  • Improved grip and stud placement

I have a Neoprene/ attached wading boot set up......Would you recommend these as an overshoe? Concerned about fit and if the strap system would allow a snug fit without worrying about the overshoe shifting below the wading boot. Thanks in advance. (Picture attached).....to give perspective on lug pattern/ thickness.

The korkers casttrax would be a great choice as a overshoe and with the strap buckles they shouldn't slip below the wading boot.
