Does this lure come pre rigged with leader and a hook?

Hi Shaun, The Iland Ilander Lures do not come pre-rigged with hooks. Depending on what your targeting I would recommend using Mustad 7691DT Southern and Tuna Hook. Specifically model: 7691DT-8/0-3C. https://www.tackledirect.com/mustad-southern-tuna-7691dt-8-0-hook.html This would be ideal for many trolling applications for a variety of pelagic species such as Tuna. Hi Bobby, Depending on what your targeting I would recommend using Mustad 7691DT Southern and Tuna Hook. Specifically model: 7691DT-8/0-3C; TackleDirect Code: MUS-0209.
