Great quality

Very similar to the fabric used by Stormr, it's stretchy, comfortable, dries quickly and keeps cool even on a hot sunny day. Price can't be beat.

Excellent protective sun layer

I wear this nearly every day fishing in the summer and it has been great. Good stretch and good fit (5'11" 200lbs), very comfortable to wear all day. It dries pretty quick as well.
It can be a little hot on a real scorcher of a day, but then just get it wet and it cools right off. Definitely would recommend so you don't have to slather on too much sunscreen.
