I bought these gimbals for connecting high-speed trolling plugs (Yo zuri Bonita) to wire or cable in order to eliminate friction burn through.
They're exactly what I wanted. SOLID stainless steel and they fit perfectly inside the lure eye. Recommended.

- These things are not cheap or flimsy in anyway. They are SOLID. I'm sure they're going to hold up to the constant friction of high speed trolling.

The brand I had been using required some filing to smooth out sharp edges. These thimbles are nicely honed - no burrs or sharp edges to possibly compromise the line. Really like these.
