Yes, max line diameter is 2 inches on the thimbles, usually 100 pound mono runs around 1.0mm

Do these work well with 200 and 300lb Izorline mono?

Hi Martin, The Hi-Seas Luminous Thimbles will fit line up to 2.2mm in diameter. The 200lbs and 300lbs Izorline Mono are 1.5mm and 1.8mm respectfully as per Izorline's specs. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with! Tight lines!
