I have never used rattles in my shark rigs but I did make up a few single and double rattle weighted rigs. Time will tell. But I did charge them up a bit, they are really bright and definitely loud so they should either work or send them packing

Not sure if these do anything but have caught makos when they were attached to the rig. Figured can’t hurt, and they’re not that expensive.

These are very well made - solid and a bit heavy. The luminescence wears off quickly and I live in Florida. They rattle loudly and attach to the line well. The inner sleeve is smooth. They accomodate up to 500 pound mono, maybe heavier, but they have made no difference for me. I plan on continuing to use them though since the science behind them is solid.
