This is perfect sauce to add to most anything!!! It is not 'over the top hot!' It has mild heat and a pleasant vinegar blend. The more you experiment with this sauce, you'll know what foods and soups to use it on and in!!! I'd say buy one of each flavor!! They all lend themselves to make a unique flavorful dish. I use this one in my homemade Guac and in a few soups and salads. It's super great on mashed 'cheesey' potatoes or boardwalk fries.

- Not 'over the top' hot!!!! Excellent blend of flavors!!

- it don't come in gallon jugs.
