The Petrus 116 Bib Pant is made from a knitted polyester base material (2.6 oz. per yard), laminated to a PVC polyurethane layer (2.4 oz. per yard), for a total weight of 5 oz. per yard. The strength to weight ratio of this fabric is remarkable--an entire set (jacket and bibs) weighs just 2 pounds. Surprisingly tough, this fabric is suitable for many activities. Another attribute of this material is that it is quiet, an important consideration for hunters.
Applications: All Commerical Fishing, Building and Road Construction, Timber Harvest, Agriculture, Mining, Shipyards, Forestry, Utilities, Hunting, Food Processing, General Boating.
Features: The Petrus bibs feature a trimmer cut and fit than our Herkules pants. Reversible front/back. These bibs do not have a waist gusset but instead are cut much higher up the chest. Adjustable suspenders are the new speed-clip type.

Lightweight and durable

I wanted something lightweight and durable for recreational purposes. The Petrus 116 Bibs exceeded my expectations. I have about 10 trips on them of grimy bottom fishing without any issues.

Great Bibs for Warm Wet Conditions

As always Grundens produces an excellent product for the marine and fishing environment. I love these bibs for the warm and wet environment of the Cape Fear Region. These bibs keep me dry while being light in weight and allowing me to stay cool.

Comfortable. Light weight. I wear them over my shorts while throwing my cast net this summer. Kept me dry but I wasn't overwhelmingly hot in the warm summer whether. Also kept me dry while riding out a heavy thunderstorm on the lake. Adjustable straps keep the bids right they where they should sit.

I’ve been wanting a pair for sometime. I finally bought these. They’re lightweight which I was concerned when they arrived, but they were perfect for the offshore trip I went on in November. Kept me dry and actually blocked the wind.

What can i say. These bibs are great to keep you clean and dry. Fabric has some give which really helps and are a lighter weight than some of the other Grundens.
