Just what I was looking for on cooler fall/winter nights on Long Range trips in San Diego, on typical fishing days up in Northern CA and for warmer, yet still cold, days fishing in the rocky mountain states.

Grundens durability and quality!! Soft and pliable bibs. The knee length zippered leg make these bibs easy to put on and take off over rubber boats. The front torso zipper is convenient when using the restroom. No need to undo the suspenders and trying to hold up the bibs with your free hand. Hard warmer and cargo pockets are a nice convenience.

This bib is really comfortable and the Orange color is just right. I wear them a lot because they are a great weight for all but the hottest summer days. Yet, because they are GoreTex, I can wear them snow-blowing by adding a decent base layer under them. I've been in a few torrential rain storms and this bib and matching jacket keeped me bone dry. I do take care of it and have sprayed it with a DWR to keep it's performance top notch. The leg zippers are what make these special to me and my bad knees. The leg zippers come all the way up to the knee, so getting these on in a hurry is easy and I don't have to take my boots off. My wife bought the set for me b/c it has reflective logos and an outboard kill switch attachment point right at the belt. The attachment point is a nice touch that I try to use a little more now that I have a good spot to attach to. She's always looking for any way to add a bit of safety when I'm out fishing alone.
